MAKEUP FAQ

How does it work?

Joey conducts sessions through Zoom. After scheduling, you'll receive a link via Calendly in your inbox.

What do I need to do to prepare?

Nothing! We can work with products you already have. Just have an idea of what you want to achieve and what you want to get out of the session time. Most Clients show up makeup free, with all of their skincare, makeup products, tools and a mirror handy.

What does a typical appointment look like?

A typical appointment looks something like this:

1. You and Joey will review your go-to products together.

2. As you apply the products Joey will guide you through your routine to and offer personalized tips and tricks.

3. If there are any items that you don't know how to apply, you can show them to Joey, and he will help you integrate them into your routine.

This is just a general outline; you can also come with any specific questions or concerns. Additionally, Joey can help you create a day/night routine for work or the weekend to make getting ready stress-free and enjoyable.

Can I record the session?

Yes, you can record the session and take pictures, too.

What if I need more than an hour?

If you wish to book two consecutive sessions or need help in scheduling them, you can email us, and we will assist you. Many of our clients prefer to split their appointments. For instance, you can book a Major Makeup Session and then schedule another one a few days later to try some of Joey's tips.

What if I have to reschedule my session?

If you need to change the date or time of your session, please notify us 24 hours before the scheduled time. You can quickly reschedule by clicking on the "reschedule" link in the calendar invite that you received. If you experience any difficulties, please email us here; we will gladly assist you.

What if I have to cancel my session?

Unfortunately, we do not allow session cancellations. However, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time.
